How do I sign up to receive mobile reminders?
You may select which mobile reminders that you would like to receive from the My Profile page within Discover.com. Click here to register or login to choose the reminders you want to receive. You will receive a text notification to confirm your enrollment. You must reply to the confirmation notification to complete your enrollment.
What mobile reminders will Discover send to me?
You can elect to enroll in a number of mobile reminders that can be sent to your cell phone or mobile device. You will only be sent the reminders that you select when the specific activity has occurred. A few choices include:
- Statement Available
- Payment Posted
- Minimum Payment Not Received

How do I update my mobile phone number?
You may update your mobile phone number and change enrollment options through the My Profile link within Discover.com
Can I contact Discover Card through SMS Text Messaging?
Discover does not provide two-way communication with its Customers through Text Messaging. However to stop receiving reminders simply reply STOP from the reminder that you received.
How much does it cost to receive/send a Text Message?
Please contact your service provider to find out if there are fees for receiving text messages.
Are mobile reminders secure?
Because mobile reminders are not encrypted, we will never include your password or full account number in mobile reminders. Reminder content may include some account information such as account balance or payment due date.
How can I stop receiving mobile reminders?
Simply reply STOP from the mobile reminder that you received. You may also update your preferences from the My Profile page within the Account Center.
