Lost & Stolen Card Checklist

Follow These Tips if Your Account Number has Changed.

• Destroy any remaining cards associated with your old account.
• Your old account number has been canceled—make sure you're using your new card.
• Destroy all remaining cash access checks associated with your old account—they are no longer valid
• If you previously registered at the Account Center, please register again with your new card information/account number. The Account Center will no longer recognize information associated with your old card.
• Update all retailers who used your old account number for recurring billing, automatic bill pay, or online shopping cards (including retailers where a Secure Online Account Number was used). To help identify these merchants, please call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) anytime to request copies of past statements.
• Make a payment if you've already received a statement associated with the old account—it will be credited to your new account. Your next statement will reflect your new account number.

Protect Your Credit and Your Identity
