Dispute A Charge
Notify Discover Card of incorrect charges on your statement.
To dispute a charge, visit the Customer Service page in the Account Center. There you will find how to:
- Request credit for returned merchandise
- Request credit for goods or services not received
- Request credit for transaction charged twice
- Request credit for missing payment
- Tell us about a payment that appeared incorrectly
Choose the scenario that suits your situation and follow the instructions on the corresponding page. Have your statement ready so you can enter information such as the merchant name, date of purchase, and other information we will need to resolve your dispute.
