Can I stop my paper statements?

Yes, you can stop receiving paper statements in the mail by signing up for paperless statements. With paperless statements you will be signed up to receive two e-mails:

One notifying you when your statement is ready to view online.
Another notifying you 6 to 7 days before your minimum payment is due if we have not received it.

And as always, your account information is password protected and secure.

To enroll, just use your account log in and password.
If you don't have an account log in or password, register now.

If I have paperless statements, can I get copies of my paper statements?

Yes, you can always go to the Account Center and print out any of your last 12 statements. Alternatively, you can call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to request copies. You may be charged a $5.00 fee. There is no fee if you request copies in connection with a billing error or for copies of disclosures.

How can I cancel paperless statements and start receiving paper statements again?

Just log into the Account Center and go to Personal Profile. Then, click "Paperless Statements" to cancel your enrollment.

How do I pay my bill if I have paperless statements?

The easiest way to pay is online. Log into the Account Center to set up online payments by clicking "Make a Payment." It's fast, secure, and free!

You can also make your payment over the telephone by calling 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683). There may be a fee associated with this payment option.

I'm enrolled in paperless statements but I'm not receiving my notifications to view my statements. How can I get them?

To ensure that your paperless statements e-mails are being delivered to your inbox, please add "discovercard@service.discovercard.com" to your address book. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-742-7822.
